Perfect Scaled TIE Fighter

INSTRUCTIONS ONLY!

The TIE Fighter is the signature starfighter of the Galactic Empire and of course, I had to make this iconic ship as my first vehicle MOC! Featuring a sleek exterior and even a detailed interior, I made sure to add as much detail possible within the limited space. Though a tight fit, it does have space to include a pilot as well! But I know, the play features aren't what you are looking for; you are looking for the most accurately scaled TIE to your minifigs!

This MOC can be paired with my TIE Fighter Repair Stand for a unique display/include in your Diorama look or with the Univeral Starship Display Stand that is Free on my Rebrickable! 

Designer Notes:

I focused mainly on the height rather than the width since I feel like the height is more important to gauge the size rather than the width which then increases the height dramatically to the point where it seems oversized. This left me with the choice of choosing a 6x6 over an 8x8 frame for the cockpit. Though the 8x8 frame does fit more accurately width wise, again I focused more on the height and when I placing an 8x8 framed MOC on my TIE Repair Stand, the height was just way too tall and showed how blown out of proportion the cockpit was height wise when compared to the references. But I hope you enjoy and of course since I focused more on the height, that brings the cost down at an average of only $100!
